Shipping
- Tracked shipping on every order: $3.98 USD flat, wherever it ships.
- Delivery: 5–7 business days.
- Tracking: you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn't moved in five days, email us and we will chase it.
Orders shipped internationally may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. Those are charged by customs, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
- 180 days from delivery to start a return, for any reason.
- Send the item back in its original packaging.
- Email us first — we send a returns address and a reference. Parcels sent back without one are hard to match to an order.
- Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank usually takes another 3–5 days to show it.
Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send a photo to hello@awazelabs.com with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you, including postage.
Cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel before dispatch. After it ships, treat it as a return.
