How we pick things
We carry a deliberately small catalogue. Before anything goes on the site we buy it, use it on real jobs, and write the listing from what it actually did — including where it falls short. If a tool only makes sense next to a mains-powered alternative, we say so on the page rather than hoping you don't notice after it arrives.
What that means for you
- Honest limits. Every product page tells you what the thing is not good at. A 1000 PSI cordless washer is not a 2200 PSI mains unit, and pretending otherwise just creates returns.
- Complete kits. If a tool needs a battery, an adapter or a filter to be useful, it ships with one. No second order on a Sunday afternoon.
- Real answers. Questions go to a person who has used the product. Reply within one business day, Monday to Sunday.
